Recruitment Process for Accountants:
We offer FREE recruitment services to qualified accounting professionals! You are under no
obligation to us and we will be prompt and proactive in promoting you to prospective
employers.
The Recruitment Process:
Once you contact us, we will set up an initial job interview (usually by phone), at which time we
can answer most of your questions and discuss what type of job you are looking for and what
type of job you are best suited for. We will also discuss job opportunities, career benefits,
financial benefits and if applicable the relocation process and personal benefits of making an
international move.
We will set up interviews with employers for you during times agreed to by yourself. Interviews
with employers will usually be done via telephone, however in some circumstances, they will
travel to meet you or you will travel to meet them. If you are successful in your first interview,
you will usually have a second interview prior to being given an offer.
Job offers are conditional upon a work permit or Visa being issued by the Immigration
authorities, if applicable. It is the employer's responsibility to apply for the work permit/visa
(with forms that you fill out and information that you provide) upon your acceptance of a
position. This is usually just a formality, providing the employer has followed the appropriate
procedures. Your employer and the recruitment professionals at International Financial
Recruitment Ltd. will guide you through this process.
We will also assist you with the move process, if applicable (i.e. advise you on what personal
items you should bring with you upon your move).
